When Patrick and Damien Grimaldi founded Tramobus in 2007, little did they know that their company, specialising in the distribution of spare parts for railway rolling stock, would become one of the world leaders in the sector when it joined the CBM Group ten years later. Based in Moirans, in the Isère region, Tramobus is now positioned more as a high added-value service provider (parts kitting supplies, maintenance services for the overhaul of components and systems, obsolescence management, management of the operators' supply chain, etc.), a “Rail Services Provider” more than a parts distributor.
With 1,500m² of storage space, 250m² of offices and 13 employees, we offer you a wide range of over 15,000 references, including 6,000 for the Citadis, the best-selling tram in France.
Today, our services and interventions cover all railway rolling stock components, regardless of the manufacturer: from train lighting to bodywork, from the interior fittings to consumables, from mechanical electrical and electronic systems to air conditioning and even tyres.
Our management capacity, combined with our agility and responsiveness, allows us to ensure up to 70 deliveries per day throughout the world. Indeed, we work with the networks of the largest cities and capitals in the world (including Melbourne, Casablanca, Rabat, Dublin, Barcelona, Turin and Tenerife) and, of course, the principal French cities.
